Dome hire London: 360° projection domes for brands, launches and events
London is where brands launch, agencies pitch and conferences gather. B-Dome hires mobile projection domes from 4 to 40 metres for events in London and the South East, including projection, sound, installation and technical operation. NewMedia also has a team in London.
Why a dome in London?
In a city full of events, an immersive dome gives your audience somewhere to step into: a fully controlled 360° environment where your product, story or brand surrounds the guest, regardless of weather or daylight.
Typical London events
• Product launches and press days
• Brand activations and pop-ups
• Conferences, exhibitions and corporate events
• Festivals, outdoor programmes and cultural events
• Hotel, hospitality and private events
Logistics and licensing in London
We need level, load-bearing ground, power and vehicle access. In London, venue rules, local authority requirements and event licensing vary by borough and site, so we check access, loading and permissions with you or your venue before confirming. Crew, equipment and insurance details are covered in the proposal.
How dome hire works
1. Enquiry: tell us the occasion, date, venue and guest numbers.
2. Proposal: we recommend dome size, technology and content, with a tailored quote.
3. Site check: ground, space, power, access and licensing are confirmed in advance.
4. Install and test: we build, calibrate the projection and test before doors open.
5. Event: our technical team runs the show.
6. De-rig: we take everything down and transport it away.
